CSV Quote PDF Generator

Turn CSV rows into separate Korean quote PDFs. Includes Python source, a sample CSV, three fictional sample PDFs, executable checks, requirements, licensed Nanum fonts and Korean/English setup notes. Requires Python 3.10+ and reportlab. Tested on Mac, with input validation and a 500-row boundary check. This is a command-line tool; Windows and customer-specific systems are unverified. No graphical installer, ERP integration, email sending, tax compliance or custom setup service is included. Licensed for your own internal team use and modification; resale or redistribution of the tool is not permitted. Fonts retain their separate SIL Open Font License.
